Account Registration

Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Welcome Bonus
New players at lv18a are eligible to claim a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible for the welcome bonus, players must:

User Obligations

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on lv18a and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one account on the lv18a platform.

Voluntary Account Closure

Upon request, lv18a will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe and will return any real-money balance to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements and after any pending bonus wagering obligations have been resolved.
Involuntary Account Closure
lv18a may close an account involuntarily in the following circumstances:
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
- The player has breached these Terms or any game-specific rules.
- The player's account is associated with fraudulent deposits or suspicious financial activity.
- The player has been identified as operating multiple accounts.

In cases of involuntary closure due to breach of Terms, lv18a reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and, where fraud is established, any real-money balance.
